https://tvboxconfig.singlelovely.cn/ 为自建的国内cdn加速地址，完全同步了上面的配置文件仓库，每6小时同步一次，替换相对地址即可解决国内访问github慢的问题
cdn限制了单IP每分钟请求不能超过60次，超过以后会自动封禁IP 10 分钟，每小时请求不能超过500次，超过以后会自动封禁IP 3 小时（防止被刷流量，正常使用不可能超过）
