这玩意确实有效果，不过目前使用秋水冰逸脚本比较方便。

手动

内核

下载

 wget http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.11/linux-image-4.11.0-041100-generic_4.11.0-041100.201705041534_amd64.deb

安装

 dpkg -i linux-image-4.*.deb

更新 grub，重启

 update-grub
 reboot

检查内核

 cat /proc/version 或 uname -r

 Linux version 4.11.0-041100-generic (kernel@tangerine) (gcc version 6.3.0 20170415 (Ubuntu 6.3.0-14ubuntu3) ) #201705041534 SMP Thu May 4 19:36:05 UTC 2017

开启 bbr

 modprobe tcp_bbr
 echo "tcp_bbr" >> /etc/modules-load.d/modules.conf
 echo "net.core.default_qdisc=fq" >> /etc/sysctl.conf
 echo "net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control=bbr" >> /etc/sysctl.conf
 sysctl -p

检查 bbr

 sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_available_congestion_control
 sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control

自动

 chmod +x bbr.sh
 ./bbr.sh
